lasting change starts here

Therapy should be more than just talking about what’s wrong.
It’s about creating meaningful change that actually lasts.

Here, you’ll find support for the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, whether that’s
anxiety, challenges with food or body image,
or navigating a difficult season of life.

Through evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and body-centered work,
I’ll help you build self-awareness, reconnect with yourself, and move forward
with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

Struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or a cycle of restriction and overeating? Disordered eating and body-image concerns can dominate your thoughts and behaviors—dieting, bingeing, overexercising, or compensating—while fueling shame and self-criticism. Using evidence-based methods like CBT, ACT, and Family-Based Treatment, we’ll explore the roots of these patterns and build sustainable change. With a compassionate, weight-inclusive approach, you can develop a healthier relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

You may benefit from therapy if:

  • You feel stuck in a cycle of dieting, bingeing, or restricting.

  • You experience guilt, shame, or anxiety around eating.

  • Your thoughts about food, weight, or your body feel overwhelming.

  • Your self-worth is tied to your appearance.

  • Your relationship with your body is impacting your mood or daily life.

Women’s Challenges

The many roles and expectations women carry—professional, caregiver, partner, friend—can leave little room for your own needs. Over time, that pressure can contribute to burnout, guilt, anxiety, and a growing sense that you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.

Therapy can help you manage stress, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with your identity, and make room for a life that reflects your needs and values—not just everyone else’s expectations.

You may benefit from therapy if:

  • You’re navigating societal expectations to do it all and do it perfectly.

  • You’ve lost yourself trying to juggle your many roles.

  • You’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion.

  • You’re feeling isolated and unsupported.

  • You’re struggling to ask for help and set boundaries.

Life Transitions

Life transitions—whether chosen or unexpected—can leave you caught between who you were and who you’re becoming. Career changes, relationships, motherhood, loss, relocation, and changing family roles can bring growth, but also uncertainty, grief, anxiety, and a disrupted sense of identity.

Therapy offers space to make sense of what’s changing, reconnect with your strengths and priorities, and move into your next chapter with greater clarity and confidence.

You may benefit from therapy if:

  • You are experiencing a career shift, divorce or relationship change, relocation, loss and grief, starting a family or becoming an empty-nester, or simply feeling off-course.

  • You feel a loss of identity, meaning, and purpose.

  • You have increased self-doubtand question your abilities, choices, or sense of direction.

a more intentional approach in your relationship with food

Mindfulness-Based Eating

is a therapeutic, recovery-aligned approach for individuals who are further along in eating disorder recovery and seeking to reconnect with hunger, fullness, and internal cues without
returning to diet culture.

Drawing from my certification through the Mindfulness-Based Eating Training Institute (MB-EAT), this work supports clients in cultivating awareness, reducing reactivity around food, and rebuilding trust through a structured,
compassionate framework.
